Porta Medica Legal s.r.o., a law firm, was founded in 2022 by two partners, Jakub Král and Veronika Moravová, with the intention of expanding the services of the already established company Porta Medica s.r.o., with the aim of providing clients with comprehensive services in the field of regulation of medical devices and their extension to legal advice .

We provide our clients with a legal service specializing in the field of legislation on medical devices and pharmaceuticals, primarily in the regulation of advertising, price regulation, the issue of reimbursement from public health insurance, GDPR and public procurement. We also represent our clients in administrative and court proceedings, we assist in inspections by supervisory authorities as well as internal and external audits.

We actively participate in the development of legislation in the field of regulation of medical devices, where we mainly focus on reaching a consensus or compromise between economic entities and state institutions.
